Join us for our first ever “nose-to-tail” dinner, presented by our talented Chefs Ariana Pope &┬áChris Teigland. Experience six courses themed in showing off the entire pig; nose…to tail! Our chefs will be butchering and preparing a whole pig for the dinner to create a meal paired with vintage aged Balistreri Wines from the cellar.
